Squats and Walk

With my daughter's wedding this Friday evening and my Father's medical appointments I'm run off my feet. Today I made some time to train. Nothing crazy but I'm glad I got under a bar.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Buffalo Bar Squat - 2 sets/6 reps/130lbs, 230lbs/6 reps, 330lbs/4 reps, 340lbs/4 reps, 340lbs/4 reps, 230lbs/6 reps.


Walk Around The Block.


Static Lower Body Stretches.

It's warm and sunny today. Training outside on the driveway was wonderful. Now it's time to eat!
