Kettlebell Swings

Spent most of the morning going to the dump to drop off old deck boards and then move some furniture. This didn't result in a lot of steps so I got out to the garage for some afternoon training.

Rebounding - 40 minutes.

Kettlebell Swings - 6 sets/20 reps/40lbs.

Not too exciting but training any how.
