Reverse Grip Barbell Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Good pump. 355lbs equals my recent garage PB and my Provincial record. Happy with the results. Tomorrow is my daughter's wedding. I may not have time to train. Saturday for sure. Driveway Deadlifts.
