Around The Block and SSB Squats

Feeling good lately. Cardio fitness is getting slightly better and I was surprised to be a hole smaller on my belt today.

Walk/Jog around the block.


Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

SSB Squats - bar/6 reps, 140lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/6,3,6,12 reps/230lbs.
Static Stretches.


Now I gotta get a shower and get ready for work. Good training day. Pushed a bit with the 12 reps.
