Gun Show
Today I training bis and tris. Welcome to the "Gun Show."
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Cable Ext fat bar - 6 sets/12 reps/25,27.5,30kg.
Dumbbell Curls - 6 sets/12 reps/30,40lbs
Nothing taxing but I still enjoyed the pump.
