Feeling Terrible Lately

High stress at work and lack of quality sleep lately has played havock on my mood and motivation. Not good considering I have my FORCE test coming up soon. We went to work on the deck last night and I just couldn't do it. I felt terrible.
Last night I got a solid 9 hour sleep. I'm feeling better today. The Jog/Walk this morning felt tough but I feel better for doing it.



Time for some breakfast then get going on the deck again. I'd like to have it finished this weekend. Considering Monday is a holiday.
