Deadlifts

It's been a while since I Deadlifted. Today was crazy busy after work but I managed to fit in some pulls.

Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5 min)

Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 4 sets/1,1,1,2 reps/405lbs.


Nothing heavy but heavier than it's been in a while. No belt, no straps. Just a little chalk. After that a shower then out for dinner with the family.
