Last night I didn't sleep very well but I feel physically better today.
After the walk I did 2 sets of 20 sit ups and lots of lower body stretching. My lower back feels much better after the stretches. Tomorrow I'll be walking again with stretches and some upper body work. Thursday I'll be attempting the FORCE test again. This time I better pass the Rushes.
