Feeling Better

Yesterday I was still feeling sore and run down. I took some pain meds to deal with my left hip and lower back. Through out the day we loaded our utility trailer with old deck boards and made a run to the dump. That was my activity for the day.
Last night I didn't sleep very well but I feel physically better today.


After the walk I did 2 sets of 20 sit ups and lots of lower body stretching. My lower back feels much better after the stretches. Tomorrow I'll be walking again with stretches and some upper body work. Thursday I'll be attempting the FORCE test again. This time I better pass the Rushes.
