Tomorrow I'll be attempting the FORCE test again. I have been working. Fingers crossed. This will be the last practice before the real test on Wednesday morning. Again, fingers crossed.
Today I didn't want to push it. Rebounding with some sit-ups and stretching thrown in for good measure.
Rebounding - 60 minutes.
Sit-Ups - 4 sets/15 reps.
Stretches - various types.
Feeling anxious.
