Saturday I spent the day helping out at STRONGMANIA in Selkirk at the waterfront. Such an great day. The best place to watch a strongman event is from the event itself, volunteering. It was a busy day. No wonder I felt stiff and sore this morning.
I spent most of the day running around for my family. This evening I had an hour to lift.
Rebounding - 60 minutes (12x5 min)
Bench Press - 6 sets/6,6,8,8,10,12 reps/225lbs.
High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/50,55,60kg.
Pretty good work out.
