Busy Week

Between taking my Mom to visit my Dad in hospital and Op Lentus at work I don't have a spare momment.
On Wednesday I managed a 2km walk/jog around the block. However, no weight training at all so far this week. I did pull a muscle in my left leg on Monday during the FORCE test practice. I guess taking a break won't hurt.
Today my Mom is sick and won't be seeing Dad. This frees up 2 to 3 hours this morning. Time to train.

Rebounding - 60 mimutes (12x5 min)

Axle Clean then Press Reps - 6 sets/6,6,8,8,10,12 reps/115lbs.


Bent Over Axle Rows - 6 sets/10 reps/115lbs.


It's very smokey out. The air quality is terrible. I trained with the garage door closed. Tomorrow I volunteer to help at Strongmania in Selkirk. It's gonna be awesome.
On a side note I took my second shot of TRT yesterday. I don't know if I actually feel something yet or I'm just so excited for a positive change. BW this morning was 349.6lbs.
