Squats Plus

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were busy with work, friends and home. The work week was mentally stressfull. I needed a break. Sunday evening I spent laying on the livingroom floor with my legs up on the couch. Like that I did about 6-7 sets of 20 crunches. It didn't seem that difficult but I feel the core tightness today.
This morning I was supposed to try the FORCE test again but a bank appointment ran overtime. That said, I punished myself with training at home.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/8 reps.


Walk/Jog - 2km around block.



It is so hot and it rained this morning. Humidity is crazy. The 2km was killer. Now it's time to go to work.
