Sit Ups

Got home late from work today. I still wanted to train and take some time to relax.

Rebounding - 35 minutes.

Sit Ups - 2 sets/12 reps, 4 sets/15 reps.

Sit ups were much easier than previous attempts. I guess my core is getting stronger.

Time to eat and relax.
