Squats

Work is stressful. My hips and lower back are tight. I really didn't feel like training. After work I pulled my head outta my ass and got to work.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Squats - bar/10 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/4 reps/315lbs.



There's an air quality warning today so I really didn't want to go for a walk/jog. My tight hips and lower back would be worse by rebounding. Tomorrow I'll do more cardio.
