I'm getting closer to passing the Rushes portion of the FORCE test. Today I managed to get 51.23 sec. So close. After that, I practiced a different technique of taking longer strides. I didn't do the full rushes, only portions. It did feel faster and the instructor did concur. On Monday I'll try again. Fingers crossed.
Afterwards I did some situps.
Feeling good. Time for work.
