NG Bench Press and NG Rows

Busy running around this morning. Got home at noon. That's enough time to train before going to work.

Rebounding - 60 minutes (12x5 min)

NG Bench Press - 135lbs/6,12 reps, 6 sets/6,6,6,8,10,12 reps/225lbs.

NG High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/60kgs.

Very warm made me very sweaty. Glad I got it done.
