Steps

My posterior was feeling it from Deadlifts yesterday. But, I gotta keep going can't take my foot off the throttle now. Nice day for a walk. I wasn't going to push. Bah! What do I know?




I also added 30 minutes of rebounding to achieve 10k steps today before going to work. I weighed myself thus morning. 352lbs. Not bad.
