Kettlebell Swings - 2 sets/20 reps/40lbs.
Driveway Deadlifts - (normal grip) 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/2,3,4,6 reps/345lbs. (OH grip)4 sets/1 reps/345lbs.
Combined with the Deadlifts.
Rebounding - 60 minutes (12x5 min)
Upping the weight a little to get ready for Shake the Interlake.
