Today I went to Physio for my shoulder. As I predicted he found nothing wrong. I was given the thumbs up to continue with training for Battle at the Border as long as I start slow. No problem. This afternoon was a good slow starting point.
Rebounding - 40 minutes.
Deadlifts (plain and simple) - 7 sets/6,6,6,6,8,8,10 reps/225lbs.
Again, nothing remotely heavy but over 10k of volume. A good place to start.
