Rebounding - 65 minutes total.
Standing Barbell Press - 6 sets/6 reps/135lbs.
WG Seated High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/50,55,60kg.
I pulled the 200lbs sandbag I bought the other day out of my car. During rebounding I watched several YouTube videos on how to lift and shoulder a bag. Tomorrow I'll put this new found knowledge to practice. Wish me luck.
