Rebounding & Core Work

My hit is finally settling down. No pain this morning. I may get into something else this evening but for now this is what I did so far today.

Rebounding - 45 minutes.

Rebounder Leg Raises - 2 sets/25 reps.

Theragun.

Cramping kept me from doing more core work. Feeling good.
