19 inch Rack Pulls - 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/3 reps/405lbs, 3 sets/1,1,2 reps/495lbs.

Only time will tell if this was smart or not. I'll see tomorrow.
