NG Bench Press

A couple hours after SSB Squats I decided to catch up the week by doing some Narrow Grip Bench Press. 

NG Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/8 reps/225lbs.

Feels good to push a bit.
