SSB Squats

A "one-two" punch this last week has kept training on the back burner. An infection in my left ear and a muscle spasm on the back right of my head really sucked. Medications for both meant take it easy and rest.
Today I feel much better. Time to train. 

Theragun. 

Rebounding - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - bar/6 reps, 140lbs/6 reps, 230lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/320lbs.



I'm pleased with this effort. Maybe next week I'll squat closer to the beginning of the week.
