Rebounding and Push Ups

I strained the back of my neck yesterday. Sleeping last night was difficult. Nothing fancy today. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Rebounding - 90 minutes. 

Push Ups - 6 sets/15 reps.

The Push Ups were done intermittently during the 90 minutes of rebounding. My neck is still stiff.
