Bench Press - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/2,2,3 reps/315lbs.
Rebounding - 45 minutes (later on)
Not lots of time today. Gotta go get my kid from work. Lots of Dynamic pressing power.
