Squats

Considering issues I've been having lately I feel good and strong. Form is better than it's been in a long time. Being patient and taking my time is paying off.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/4 reps, 405lbs/3 reps.




Because Squats are going well I start to add Deadlifts this week. Now it's time to hangout with my lovely wife and eat supper.
