Bench Press

Both Squats and Bench Press are going in the right direction. It's hard not to load up the bar and see what I've got. My experience has taught me that small gains from day to day training lead to greater gains overall. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Light Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/4,3,2 reps/315lbs.



NG Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs.


Last set of 315lbs was for a long pause. Feeling good and strong. Time to eat!
