Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/4,3,2 reps/315lbs.
NG Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs.
Last set of 315lbs was for a long pause. Feeling good and strong. Time to eat!
