Squats

There's still a little nagging issue with my Hamstring top insertion strain. Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy. It doesn't hurt but I know it's there. It seems to bother more when I'm seated.

Time for some Squats. 

Theragun. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings with band and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/4 reps, 385lbs/4 reps.



More Theragun. 

All reps didn't feel overly heavy and moved quite well, IMO. Slow and consistent increases. Feeling good. Feeling fat.
