It's been a busy week. Working yesterday. Working today. Working tomorrow. A patrol this morning and rebounding when I got home gets me to my goal of 10.5k steps. After that some OH Pressing.
Rebounding - 20 minutes.
OH Barbell Press - 4 sets/6,12,12,14 reps/135lbs.
Feeling good and pumped. These felt very comfortable.
