Squats

I've been taking it easy lately because of my ear infection. It's been a busy week and I've done a little rebounding. So, that's something. I didn't plan on lifting today. It just sorta happened. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/315lbs.



I'm feeling more like normal lately. The Squats felt really good. Glad I decided to train.
