SSB Squats

Hamstring strain then an ear infection. Nothing else please. I would like to get on with training. Today I am feeling alright so time for a little bit of something. 

Theragun. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

SSB Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/10 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 315lbs/4 reps.



Everything felt super light and moved really well. No aches or pains. Good place to stop. Next week I'll ramp it up a little more.
