Rebounding and Deadlifts

I haven't done any pulls since the strain on my upper right Hamstring. Obviously, rest is the best medicine but I'm not that smart. I've gotta do a little something. 

Yesterday, I rebounded for about 1.25hrs total. Today, I rebounded for about the same total time. However, I added some Light Deadlifts. 

Rebounding - 1.25hrs total. 

Deadlifts - (OH Grip) 5 sets/8,8,10,10,12 reps/225lbs.


My butt held together just fine. Nothing special. Just putting in the work.
