Squats

Squats have been going really well lately. Instead of sticking with 365lbs I wanted to push a little.

Rebounding - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Theragun. 

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3,2,1 reps/385lbs, 225lbs/6 reps.



Static Stretches. 

This weekend is Canada's Strongest Man and Woman here in Winnipeg. I volunteered to help out. I'm not sure how wrecked I'll be so, I won't make any plans for next week.

385lbs felt solid and not that difficult. I do need to work on depth a little.
