Keg Lifts

Working early this morning. Lots of steps today. 

Rebounding - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Kettlebell Swings - 20 reps/40lbs.

Keg Lifts - 4 reps/150lbs, 8 reps/150lbs.


At this point I feel extremely drained. This equals my best so I feel ok with it. Now it's supper time then to bed early tonight.
