Bench Press

Lots of inclined and shoulder press lately. I'm curious if there is going to be some carry over to flat Bench Press. 

Theragun. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 6 sets/6 reps/275lbs.


I varied my grip throughout the sets. Good pump. I'm happy with today's performance.
