I worked again today. With the help of a patrol at work I got my step goal for the week. +100,000 steps!!!
Today we're celebrating Thanksgiving. With the large dinner coming I need somewhere to put the calories. Time for some Inclined Presses.
Light Stretches.
Inclined Presses - 3 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/185lbs, 205lbs/12 reps.
That's enough. Now it's time to eat!
