Crazy Day

Yesterday I bounced enough to achieve the 15k step count. I worked today which means getting up at 0400hrs. When I got home at 1400hrs I had something to eat then got to work out in the garage.

Rebounding - Lots.

Trap Bar Rack Pulls - 135lbs/12 reps, 235lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/12 reps/335lbs.

I bounced my way to 15k steps. I'm guessing I spent a total of 90 minutes on the rebounder. Right now I'm hungry. Gonna eat then go to bed. Gotta work tomorrow morning.
