Tire Deadlifts

Yesterday I did and hour of rebounding. Enough steps to make my quota. Today was a bit stressful at work so my head wasn't in the game. Until, I started training. 

Theragun.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/235lbs, 325lbs/1 rep (OH Grip), 375lbs/1 rep (OH Grip), 3 sets/6 reps/415lbs. No belt, no straps.


I was motivated wearing my Moose Merch. Canadian Mitch Hooper the world's strongest man.



Shower then eat. Currently my posterior chain is feeling quite tasked. Gonna feel it tomorrow I'm sure. My back feels quite alright.
