Log Press and Rebounding

Got out to the garage a little earlier than normal. 

Rebounding - 60 minutes, breakfast, 30 minutes. 

Log Press - 2 sets/8 reps/75lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/125lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/175lbs, clean only 225lbs/2 reps.



Perfect day to be pressing on the driveway. I tried to Press 225lbs. No go. Oh well. Fun to try anyway. Lots of steps so far today. Time to get several more. Then go out for dinner.
