Close Grip Bench Press

Got home from work and decided to take a nap. I was exhausted. I woke up at 1530hrs, had a snack, played some video games then got out to the garage. 

Theragun.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Close Grip Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/12 reps/185lbs.

My left elbow is still bothering me so I didn't push very much. Just enough to get a good pump. Other than the elbow I feel good. A bit sore from Deadlifts yesterday but otherwise good.
