I spent a good part of the day organizing and tidying up my garage. Getting rid of lots of things I have no need for. Winter will soon be here and keeping the garage organized is key for training when it's cold.
Before the tidy up I rebounded for 30 minutes. After the tidy up was complete I did some light Inclined Press volume.
Inclined Bench Press - 8 sets/10 reps/135lbs.
Got a really good pump. Now I gotta get to making supper for the family.
