Squats

Yesterday I wanted to rest my elbow as it pinched when I moved a certain way. I did however, get onto the rebounder for two bought of 30 minutes. 

Today started with some yard work then I got under the bar.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 315lbs/6 reps.


At this point my son called me and I got distracted. I'm ok with the last set. After this I cleaned the bathroom.
