Bow Flex - 5 minutes.

Drive my daughter to work.

Trap Bar Rack Pulls - 2 sets/12 reps/235lbs, 335lbs/12 reps, 435lbs/12 reps.
Plate Squats - 50lbs/1,2,3,4,5,6 reps.
I did the Plate Squats as I put them away. A lot something different to cap off training. I feel a sickness starting. Hopefully nothing serious.
