Squats

On Sunday I got lots of steps. Two patrols and a walk around the zoo with my family. 


Monday I took it easy but still did 30 minutes on the rebounder plus Theragun and Dynamic Stretches. 

Today back under the bar. Nothing serious because of Deadlifts For Dreams coming up this Saturday. Just keeping the muscles awake.

Rebounder - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/10 reps/225lbs.




That's good. That's all. Feeling good.
