Bench Press

Yesterday I made sure to get my steps in on the rebounder. Some yard work and about 45 minutes bouncing.

Today I wanted to get some presses done before Deadlifts For Dreams on Saturday. I can hardly wait. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/10 reps, 6 sets/6 reps/275lbs.


Standing Barbell Press - 3 sets/12 reps/95lbs.

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Feeling good going into the weekend. Tomorrow I have work. Saturday we make the trip about an hour South for Deadlifts For Dreams. #deadliftsfordreams
