Squats

Fairly motivated today to get under the bar.

Theragun 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 365lbs/2 reps, 365lbs/2 reps, 385lbs/2 reps.



At this point I bruised the palm of my right hand, weird, and my daughter called to be picked up from school. Good place to stop. Overall I feel good.
