Deadlifts - 225lbs/6+1+1, 315lbs/3 reps, 405lbs/1 rep, (belt) 505lbs/1 rep, 555lbs/1 rep, (belt and figure 8 straps) 405lbs/6 reps.
I feel great! A bit fatter than I would like but that's ok. Mechanically, I'm a tank. Mentally, I'm gaining confidence with every training day. Now, it's time to put the toys away and eat. Early night to bed as I work tomorrow morning.
