Buffalo Bar Squats

Yesterday got a little busy eventhough it was a holiday Monday. Today I gotta get going. 

Theragun.

Rebounding - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Buffalo Bar Squats - bar/12 reps, 85lbs/11 reps, 135lbs/10 reps, 185lbs/9 reps, 235lbs/8 reps, 285lbs/7 reps, 335lbs/6 reps.


I really wanted to do more but decided this was enough. Next time I won't do so much volume and work some singles.
