Squats

The beginning of this week has turned out favorable for achieving 100k steps. Now I just need to keep up the pace. Today I got under the bar for some Squats.

Theragun.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps, 3 sets/3,4,3 reps/365lbs, 225lbs/6 reps.


Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

Squats felt good and strong. I'll continue to squat at 365lbs until it becomes more comfortable. Still, these were alright.
